I am definitely a quilter! Been making quilts about 20 years now and I’m totally addicted to fabric, especially batiks. I considered applying for the job myself (for about 2 seconds) but my husband has a great job here in Northern Iowa and I really don’t want to move, so, I thought, surely *someone* on my friend list would want it – or know someone who would – and I’m so excited that it worked out so great. It’s almost like getting the dream job vicariously. lol

Social Networking really does rock.

Anyway, CONGRATULATIONS!! This has just made my evening! {{huggs}}

Are you a quilter? Do you live anywhere near Golden? I only know Erin through an editor’s mailing list – never actually met her. How cool is that? And people scoff at social networking!

Just found you through some mutual friends on FB… Very exciting to hear of your opportunity in Colorado. I live in NW IN, 15 minutes from the southern tip of Lake Michigan, so I understand your connection to the Lake and this area. Cant wait to hear what happpens!! btw ..if you do stay here… I am a longarm quilter taking new clients (just sayin!) cheers!
